In spring, pale pink, lantern-shaped blooms are followed by glossy purple-black berries -- a feast for summer-foraging wildlife, and the enterprising cook... Will produce more fruit with another huckleberry friend nearby. For sun or shade in moist, well-draining, acidic soil. Hardy to USDA Zone 7.
