Found by Cistus' own Sean Hogan and collected at 6500" elevation in Coahuila, Mexico, this cobweb spiderwort has green foliage covered with white hairs that shine when draping in a hanging basket or trailing over a wall. Forms mounds to 1 ft tall by 18" wide. Little purple flowers add sparkle in late summer. Best in part sun or bright shade with regular summer water in well drained soil. Frost hardy to 10F, USDA zone 8.
