Selected in the garden of Joan Mirov by rocksman Phil Johnson in the mid 1990's, this semi-creeping Rosemary grows to only 2 ft or so and sports the deepest blue flowers from mid-winter to mid spring. Frost hardy to 10-12F. Good drainage. Full sun. Tastes good.
