The Story
One of the ornamental oreganos, in clumps, to 18” wide x 10" tall, with pink flowers engulfed by green bracts giving the appearance of a plant covered with pink pine cones, blooming in late summer to early fall. The 1/2" leaves make a good contrast. Easy in full sun and well-drained soil. Very good for wall or container planting. Oh, and good seasoning also. Very drought tolerant and frost hardy in USDA zone 7; colder with excellent drainage.
