Sent to us by our friend Jimmy Turner from his Texas Oleander trials, this with dense compact growth to about 6' with a similar spread, deep cherry pink flowers and particularly cold hardy to zone 7. Full sun in well drained soil. Drought tolerant when established but we find periodic water best for flower performance.
