The Story
Selected by plant guy Lyle Jenks in Northern California, this dwarf mulberry reaches only 6 to 8 feet in height after several years, with compact foliage, and very sweet fruit throughout the summer. Fruit grows dark purple, then turns black. A particularly good plant for container or smaller gardens and easy to grow. USDA zone 6-7; full sun with decent drainage. Self-fertile.
