The Story

This striking terrestrial cutie is a hybrid between two jewel orchids: Ludisia discolor and Anoectochilus formosanus. Leaves are a deep purple-olive with pearlescent stripes. Tiny flowers appear in winter. Best grown indoors in bright, indirect light (never direct light.) Needs humidity and evenly moist soil, a mossy environment is ideal. Great for terrariums. Hardy to USDA zone 10/11.
