Deciduous and obscure shrub from the northwestern Himalayas given us by the Sonoma Botanical Garden in Glen Ellen, California. A graceful and easy member of the pea family with pink flowers June through October. Attractive gray-green compound leaves with rounded leaflets borne on slender petioles. A rounded shrub to about 7 feet tall and wide, easily kept narrower with side pruning. Full sun to part shade and at least periodic summer water where dry. Cold hardy to the bottom of USDA zone 6.
