Excellent for slopes and will spill over a wall. Very cold hardy, enduring temperatures down to about 8ºF. Likes dry, well drained sites, protected from freezing winds. Extremely drought adapted requiring no supplemental water once established. Great hummingbird food. Deer resistant.
