Ketzel Levine calls this one “lusciously upholstered and my favorite 'phorb for foliage.” We call it carefree and easy in the garden; glorious all year with gray-green, velvety foliage and in spring with golden flowers on green bracts. Odd in that it pups little plants at its tips -- easy to share over the back fence. To 3 or 4ft tall and as wide. Best in full sun with little summer water. Frost hardy in USDA zone 7.
