An excellent low growing shrub for fall and winter interest in the garden, one of Preston’s favorites. Arching branches to 3-5ft tall with a similar spread. Dark green leaves and fragrant five-petaled white flowers late spring into summer. Abundant marble-sized vibrant coral fruit match red tinted winter leaves. Tough and reliable, ideal for sun to part shade areas thriving with once monthly summer irrigation once established. Easily pruned to maintain a low framework. A favorite food source for cedar waxwings. Evergreen into mid USDA zone 8, deciduous and hardy to USDA zone 6.
