*RETAIL - Cistus x cyprius 'Troubadour'

This Cistus was selected from a cross between C. ladanifer and C. laurifolius, and exhibits a blend of traits from both with classic, white cistus flowers in spring, a signature red blotch at the base of each petal, and leaves that are dark green on top and gray below, evergreen of course. Growth is fairly upright growth then widely sprawling, to 4ft by 5ft or more. Best in full sun and average to poor soil, with a bit of summer water now and again. Frost hardy to bottom of USDA zone 8.
