A new selection of Ceanothus with loads of bright blue flowers in spring and shrubby, mounding habit. Leaves are small, dark green, and handsomely textured. Height to 2-3ft and 4-6ft in width. Excellent mounded form for hillside or hellstrip in full sun to light shade. Occasional summer water. Frost hardy to USDA zone 8, possibly upper zone 7.
