Silver-blue leaved, white-flowered California lilac, a chaparral component from Baja to western Oregon. This evergreen shrub grows 4-5 ft tall, forming a mounded shape. Great for places with summer drought in full sun where there is very good drainage. Frost hardy to 0 to 10F, USDA zone 7 or even colder.
