The Story
From friend and plantsman extraordinaire, Peter Podaras, this result of just a tiny piece of his breeding work, has resulted in a soft blue-gray leaf with warm yellow flowers on an evergreen shrub to only about 3-4ft in height and width and a long flowering time. Fabulous in containers with plants such as Cistus or even succulents. We trim ours once a year to maintain compactness. Remove dead flower heads to shape. A bit sensitive to heavy soil, so should be planted in sharp-draining mix in full sun. USDA zone 7.
