From the mountains of Yemen and Saudi Arabia this larger growing aloe forms 2ft rosettes of thick blue-green leaves on thick stems. Branched red orange flower stalks to 3 ft. Leaves become tinted pink with cooler temps and bright exposure. Sun and periodic summer water when dry in fast draining mix, keep drier in winter. USDA zone 9. Protect from hard frosts.
