The Story
A very cool looking succulent, medium sized and suckering to form colonies of upright stems 2ft to 4ft with foot long narrow leaves edged with rubbery teeth and turning red with summer sun and drought. Orange flowers on upright stalks occur over winter. Easy in containers with gritty soil and occasional summer water. Full sun to part shade USDA zone 9b, protect from hard frosts.
