As if the wonderfully fuzzy leaves weren't enough, deeply saturated, 2-3" golden yellow flowers cover this beauty all summer long. HEAT, SUN, DROUGHT... it thrives on them, demands them, won’t do well without them. This clone to 10-15ft wide, 12-20ft tall or so, though can be pruned smaller. Avoid watering after the first summer. Fuzzy little hairs on the leaves are irritating to some. USDA zone 8-10.
