Old standby, available but scarce on the West Coast of late. Shrubs to 4ft with small, rounded leaves and ivory flowers, profusely from mid autumn through winter, preferring lean soil and occasional summer water in sun to light shade. At home in coastal gardens and a great container plant – think winter flowers on the porch. Damaged in dips below 20F. Frost hardy in uppermost zone 8 in the ground or protect.
